Merchant Account Center

Our Merchant Resource Center is designed to provide you with unbiased information about a multitude of topics related to merchant account and to help you make informed decisions when you are choosing a merchant account company or credit card processing equipment.

Terminaltech's Merchant Support Division offers a full range of support services for its sales groups and merchants.  Support services include:

Merchant Processing Center
From processing new merchant applications to maintaining existing merchant accounts, the Merchant Processing Center ensures that sales representatives can board merchants with confidence and know that the merchants' accounts are processed correctly. Terminaltech  sets the standard for accuracy and speed, providing a quick approval on new applications, fast updates on accounts, and improved overall customer satisfaction.  (return to top)

Merchant Services  
Terminaltech's Merchant Services goal is one-call resolution, and with average hold times of less than 60 seconds, Terminaltech 's responsiveness allows its merchants to get back to their business quickly. Merchant Services is available from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (eastern time), Monday through Friday, at (678) 418-2069. Quality Assurance
 
At Terminaltech , good service is not good enough. To ensure that our customers and their merchants receive great service, the Quality Assurance team continually monitors the performance of Terminaltech 's support staff. Measuring production results through statistical analysis, Quality Assurance ensures that sales representatives and their merchants are receiving the most responsive service available. Additionally, Quality Assurance monitors phone calls and measures the results of each service employee, comparing their performance to the quality assurance standards set for the company. These standards were established because of Terminaltech 's commitment to world-class service by creating the habit of excellence.
